For years, the MAP Space team, Polly, Amanda and Mike, met regularly as part of a Sunday roast club around Bristol. Good food, good company, and plenty of conversation. Over time, those conversations often came back to work, and more specifically, our passion for the flex office market and how amazing it would be to start our own flexible office company.
Those conversations became a shared ambition. With decades of combined experience, we knew how to create and operate workspaces, but more importantly, we understood what businesses actually need from them. Not just desks and Wi-Fi, but flexibility, honesty and an environment that genuinely supports people in their day-to-day work.
When the opportunity at Eagle House in Bristol came along, we knew it was the right moment to bring that vision to life. Since opening in September 2025, we’ve built a design-led, hospitality-driven workspace in the heart of the city, growing a diverse community of businesses and creating a place that feels both professional and personal.

Amanda is the driving force behind sales and relationships at MAP Space, bringing energy, warmth and an instinctive understanding of people to everything she does.
With a strong background in the serviced office sector, Amanda has built her career around relationship-led sales, broker engagement and helping businesses find the right workspace to support their growth. She has a natural ability to connect with people quickly, building trust and long-term partnerships across Bristol’s business community.
At MAP Space, Amanda leads on client acquisition and brand presence, ensuring every business that walks through the door feels understood, supported and excited about what comes next.
Mike is the entrepreneurial backbone of MAP Space, with a track record of building and scaling successful businesses across multiple sectors.
Having spent years as a client within serviced offices, Mike brings a valuable commercial perspective, understanding first-hand what businesses need from their workspace to operate effectively and grow. Alongside MAP Space, he has founded and grown ventures including Parker & Bryan and Natural Beverages, taking ideas from concept through to multi-million-pound turnover.
At MAP Space, Mike leads on the commercial and financial direction of the business, driving overall strategy, investment and growth. With a strong background in structuring and negotiating management agreements, he plays a key role in securing opportunities and building relationships with landlords and partners.
He also oversees the financial and business functions of MAP Space, ensuring robust systems, clear reporting and a disciplined approach as the business continues to scale.
Polly brings over 20 years of experience in the flexible workspace sector, with deep expertise across operations, acquisitions and delivering high-quality work environments.
Her career has spanned multi-site operations, new centre openings and large-scale project delivery, taking workspaces from initial concept through to fully operational, thriving business centres. She has worked closely with landlords, consultants and project teams on multiple projects across the UK, as well as establishing the operational frameworks required to support long-term success.
Polly has also led on compliance, health & safety, customer experience and quality standards, building a reputation for operational excellence across the spaces she has delivered.
At MAP Space, Polly leads on building acquisitions, landlord relationships and operational strategy, ensuring each space is delivered to a high standard and set up for sustainable growth, while maintaining a seamless, high-quality experience for every client.
